About me: Adi Kriksunov

I Have always liked art and working with my hands, ever since I can remember myself.

As a young girl I mostly practiced and studied two dimensional art forms and began creating three dimensional objects only a few years ago.

I started my studies at HIT Holon Institute of Technology. First at the visual communication department and then I transferred to industrial design, where I discovered clay and fell in love with it.

So, I found my way at Bezalel's ceramics and glass department which felt immediately like home.

I'm a strong believer of following your heart and trying different things in order to understand what suits you the best, pleases your curiosity and makes you want to know more.

In the past few years, my work and my mind revolve a lot around nature and are nature inspired.

As a result of my background, I have come to use different medias in order to portray my interests. Such as sketching, pottery and sculpture, both separately and together.

This combination has created new and interesting ways for me for treating clay and sculpture.
